By using the Bloom app, you agree to the following terms:
1. Compatibility and Availability
Bloom is designed and tested to run on supported iOS devices using recent versions of the operating system. While we make every effort to ensure a stable and smooth experience, we cannot guarantee full functionality on all devices, especially outdated or unsupported hardware or operating systems.
We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue features in future versions of the app.
2. Data Responsibility
All user data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data. Optional cloud backups using iCloud or Google Drive are subject to the terms and privacy policies of those services.
3. No Liability for Data Loss
We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of access, or damages resulting from the use of the app.
4. Privacy Commitment
Bloom does not collect, track, or transmit any personal data. All app activity and information remain on your device unless you choose to back it up via cloud services.
5. Artwork & Fonts
This app contains original and licensed artwork from various independent artists, as well as custom licensed fonts. These visual elements are used with the appropriate permissions and licenses for app use.
Unless otherwise stated, artwork and design elements may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes. In cases where content is made available for download or sharing (such as motivational graphics or printable pages), it may be shared non-commercially, including on social media or for personal printing.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected in the app and on our website.

2. Infographic Generator & File Use
The website offers an optional infographic generation tool that allows you to upload a CSV file from the Bloom app.
All processing happens locally in your browser — your file is never uploaded to our servers.
You are responsible for ensuring that any files you upload do not contain sensitive or inappropriate content.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
4. Prohibited Uses
